1️⃣ Digital Product – No Physical Item
1. This is a PDF digital sewing pattern – you will not receive a physical product.
2. After purchase, you can instantly download the files from your Etsy account via a Web browser.
3. Please note: Digital downloads are not available through the Etsy app. You must use a Web browser to access your files.
4.Since downloading the pattern is an important part of our refund policy, We do not send files via email if the pattern has not been downloaded.

✪✪ How to Download Your Files on Etsy ✪✪

Step 1: Log into the Etsy Website
Go to www.etsy.com using a Web browser like Chrome or Safari.
⚠️ Please note: Files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app.

Step 2: Go to "Purchases and Reviews"
After logging in, click your profile icon (top right), then select "Purchases and Reviews" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Find your order
Look for your order from Sewing Stroll and click the “Download Files” button next to it.

Step 4: Save the files to your device
Click each file to download. Files usually go to your computer or phone’s Downloads or Files folder.

Step 5 (Optional): Use a computer for printing
💡If you're planning to print the pattern, using a desktop or laptop is recommended.
💡It gives better access to print settings and makes the files easier to manage.

📌 Tips:
* If you can’t find the email from Etsy, check your Spam or Junk folder. But for downloading, it’s best to open the Etsy Website directly in Chrome or Safari, as email links on mobile can cause login or access issues.
* You can re-download anytime from "Purchases and Reviews."


2️⃣ Digital Download Refund Policy

1. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once any file has been downloaded.
2. If no files have been downloaded, you may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. After 7 days from the purchase date, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund, even if the files have not been downloaded.
4. If you have any questions about the pattern, please contact us before making a purchase.
5. Since download status is an important part of our refund policy, files are not sent by email before they have been downloaded through Etsy.

3️⃣ Pattern Use License – No Sharing in Any Form
1. Personal Use Only – One License per Purchase
-This pattern is for personal use only and may be used solely by the purchaser.
-One purchase = one user. Sharing, distributing, or transferring the pattern in any form—digitally or physically—is strictly prohibited.
2. Selling Handmade Finished Products
-You may create and sell handmade finished products made from this pattern.
However, when selling or publicly sharing finished items (including Etsy, Website, or social media), you must clearly credit Sewing Stroll as the source of the pattern in your product listing or post.
-The design may not be claimed as your own original design under any circumstances.

3. No Commercial Use of the Pattern
-The pattern itself may not be reproduced, resold, or used for mass production or manufacturing purposes.
-It is intended for personal projects and small-scale handmade product sales only.
4. Strictly No Modifications, Reposting, or Sharing
-Altering, republishing, or sharing the pattern or its instructions in any form—including online or offline—is strictly prohibited.
-This includes sharing with friends, posting in online groups, or distributing printed copies.
-These restrictions protect the integrity of my work and ensure fair use of the design.

5️⃣ Apple ID Login Issues Affecting File Access

If you purchased using Apple ID and are unable to download your files due to access permission issues, please note that I’m unable to send files via email. Unfortunately, Etsy’s system will still show them as ‘not downloaded,’ which can cause issues with order processing and refunds.

To avoid this, I recommend creating an Etsy account with an email instead of using Apple ID. All digital files must be downloaded directly from the Etsy Website using the account that was used for the purchase. If the issue persists, please contact Etsy Customer Support for further assistance.
