How Payment Method "Other" works?

Payment Method "Other" will not charge you anything instantly. It will just send me "not paid" order and I will create a purchase link for you via Payoneer payment system (payoneer.com). But purchasing via PayPal is much faster!

- The order can be canceled by customer request within 24 hours of purchase with full refund. - If the cancellation is issued when the item is already made, we refund 50% of the item's cost because of production expenses.
