Do we offer custom rings?
We can offer some custom sizes upon request, but only full and half sizes. We aren't currently taking new design requests. Custom sizes can take up to 12 weeks, reach out to us to discuss.

Avoid using harsh chemicals. Your ring can be cleaned with soap and water, then buffed or polished with a cloth. For long-term storage use the provided ring box or a soft pouch.

Online ring shopping is convenient, but getting the ring size right can be challenging.
Having your ring finger measured by multiple jewelers is recommended to ensure you get the appropriate size. Comfort-fit rings tend to feel different than straight-fit rings due to their curved interior.

Exchanges / Returns
If the ring you order doesn’t fit, we will do our best to make it right. For our US customers, we offer one free size exchange within 30 days. Custom rings are not exchangeable.
Reach out to us if you need to process a return within the first 30 days. Returns must be in the original condition and include the box. Returns are not accepted on international or custom-made ring orders.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
Shipping Policies
- Our rings ship within 3 business days of ordering unless otherwise communicated.
- All U.S. orders with free shipping use standard First Class USPS mail. You can also upgrade to express shipping.
- International orders can ship USPS Standard International or USPS Express Mail International. Ship times vary depending on customs, local postal services, and other factors.
- We ship as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee shipping times.
- Duties/Taxes/VAT for international orders are outside our control and must be paid by the buyer.
- We aren’t responsible for lost or missing packages.
