➤ Digital Art Orders: you'll receive your high resolution file within 1-3 business days via Etsy messages/email.

➤ Personalized Canvas & Framed Canvas Orders: You will receive a design proof of your sign to review and approve within 1-3 business days. The proof will be sent via Etsy messaging/email. If we do not receive an approval message back from you, the order will be set to a "HOLD" status until we receive your approval. Additionally, if we are missing any of your personalized information required for the design we will hold the order until we can reach you. In either situation this will delay your processing and production time that was originally quoted and you will receive your item later than the quoted timeframe.

➤ Canvas Details: Professional-grade poly-cotton blend canvas with wood framed stretcher bars making our signs durable yet lightweight. Each canvas has a scratch-resistant UV coating for protection and are printed with archival ink using an eight pass printing technique.

➤ Frame Construction: Floating frames give art the illusion of a canvas floating inside the picture frame without touching it. Canvas is mounted in the frame using a proprietary combination of tension and adhesive.

➤ To clean: Wipe the Canvas with a clean, dry cloth. We recommend micro-fiber cloth to limit any scratches or damage to the print.
