Custom and personalised orders

All cards and stationery can have the wording changed to suit any occasion. Cards and stationery sets can also have the colours changed wherever possible i.e. If it has a yellow ribbon but you'd like red this is no problem but please do let me know before placing your order so I can check stock availability and confirm with you any additional costs.

As standard the turnaround time from the order date to dispatch for cards and stationery is 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Foiled tickets have a turnaround of 1-2 working days. If you do need an order sooner than this please do ask before placing your order to confirm that this will be possible. 9 times out of 10 I can rush orders through when I know before the order is placed but at busy times sometimes this just isn't possible. Occasionally turnaround times are increased when we are on annual leave so please do check delivery timescales carefully prior to placing an order. These are always made clear on the product page, announcements and any email communications from Simply Lovely.

It is possible for me to ship worldwide even if your country isn't listed in my standard shipping profile. Please do contact me for a shipping quote if this applies to you. I would then be happy to create a custom listing for any request.

For larger orders, particularly wedding stationery it is sometimes possible to offer a small discount. I'll always do my best to work out the best possible price for you. As I am a teenie tiny business though please understand that sometimes the price you see listed is the best price I can offer.

Postage as standard is via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You may choose to upgrade postage at checkout to Tracked 24 for a small additional cost but please note this is only relecting the postage method used and not the speed of which an order is made. Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days and Tracked 24 is 1-2 working days. Both of these can and do often take longer and Royal Mail only consider an item lost once 7 working days have passed beyond the expected delivery date.

Unfortunately it didn't arrive by the estimated delivery date due to Royal mail but the seller was so lovely and sent a digital copy for me to print that I could give it to my son on time and we kept the hard copy as a keepsake. Fantastic customer service and the item was lovely.
