Select your preferred proof turnaround time and invitation size. Please leave all customized text and invitation information in the Notes to Seller section at checkout or through an Etsy message. Please make sure to include all of the following:
-Name(s)
-Age (for birthday invitations)
-Date and time of event
-Location of event
-RSVP information
-Registry information (for shower invitations)

>>CAN I ADD A BACK DESIGN?

>>WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROOF?
Your proof will be emailed to the email address associated with your Etsy account within 2-3 business days of payment AND personalization information being received (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). Please be sure to include all personalization information at checkout to avoid delays. This listing includes up to three rounds of proof revisions (any errors on our part do not count towards the three revisions). Any additional revisions will be subject to an additional cost.

>>CAN I GET A RUSH ORDER?
You can select the rush order option in the drop down box when ordering. With the rush option you will receive your invitation proof within 24 hours. Please note that the rush option applies only to the proof turnaround time, not for any print package or shipping add-ons.

>>WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FINAL INVITATION FILE?
After your approval of the proof, we will email you the high resolution invitation file ready to print in both JPG and PDF formats. For best results we recommend printing on cardstock. If you will be printing through VistaPrint please let us know when ordering as they have slightly different sizing guidelines.

Colors may vary when printed due to printer and monitor calibrations. Monitors will all display colors differently and printers will all print differently as well. Colors can also display differently on phones/tablets as opposed to computer monitors. Please be sure to print your invitation from a computer monitor instead of a phone as phones will reduce the image quality.

As all our items are digital in nature, once proofs or high resolution files have been emailed to you we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
