✦ HOW IT'S MADE ✦

I purchase these colorful pre-made journals from a reputable stationery company and re-sell them with my designs on the cover. I hand-apply each journal with a durable, water-resistant iron-on design made by my precision cutting machine. I've spent months testing the right combination of techniques to make these designs last against occasional wear and tear.

The iron-on material is called HTV (heat transfer vinyl) and is widely used by many makers and Etsy sellers. It is durable and has a strong heat-activated adhesion. Common items that use HTV are t-shirts, tote bags, makeup bags, tumblers, signage, and many other products. For care instructions see the "Quality Notes" section below.

• Thread-bound notebook is designed to lay flat, making it easier to write for both right and left-handed writers.
• Matching ribbon bookmark and elastic strap.
• 160 front/back pages (80 sheets of paper) with rounded corners - 100 gsm, acid-free, high-quality paper light ivory color. Choose between lined, dot grid, or blank pages.
• Paper is slightly thicker than regular notebook paper, but minimal ghosting may still occur from dark pens or markers.
• Expandable inner storage pocket in the back to keep track of loose paper such as appointment cards, notes, or receipts.

With this item being personalized with a name, returns or exchanges are not accepted, because I cannot resell the journal once your name is on it. My journal listings that are labeled CUSTOM are eligible for 7-day returns or exchanges because I can resell them, but I cannot resell any of my journals labeled PERSONALIZED or SPECIAL ORDER, so they are not eligible for returns or exchanges, but if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me within a few days of receiving your order. ✦ QUALITY NOTES & CARE INSTRUCTIONS ✦

This hand-applied iron-on design on top of the vegan leather is durable, but not indestructible. Over time it could start to peel off if constantly scuffed against other objects in bags or purses. This is a brand new product I've made and it has tested well, but everyone uses journals differently, some people travel with it, some people keep it tucked in a drawer or on a desk. I'd greatly appreciate feedback on how it holds up based on your usage.

!!! These journals should not be pressed against extreme heat such as a laptop because it can cause the design to peel off or shift when exposed to high heat with pressure. Laid out in the sun might cause the vinyl to weaken then wrinkle or stretch when pressure is applied.

The best way to clean the cover is a small mixture of half water and half rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover or plain vodka. Do not skip adding water, it dilutes the strength of the alcohol. Just a splash on tissue paper will do. Quickly wipe it off, don't let it sit, and ta-da! All clean.
