As I am both the owner and only member of Puddy Cat Prints, I check and package every order myself to a high and safe standard to ensure that nothing leaves my studio that i'm not 100% happy with.

ORDERS & PROCESSING:

If you order between 7am-3pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), I will aim to process you order and post it on the same day, however this may take up to 1-2 working days if it is a busy period such as Christmas.

If your order is later than 3pm I will process the order the next working day.

All orders will be posted by 5pm Monday to Friday.

UK - orders are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class (estimated 1-3 working days)
European - orders are posted by Royal Mail International Standard (estimated 3-5 working days)
USA - orders are posted by Royal Mail International Standard (estimated 6-10 working days) - please note delivery can sometimes take up to 27 days.
