What domestic shipping methods do you use within Australia?

Knots Explorer uses Australia Post. All orders comes with a tracking number for your piece of mind 😊 Tracking is made easier with an automatic email updates, you can also leave your number so we can enrol you with SMS updates or you can enrol and track your orders at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search Australia Post delivery times varies due to Christmas season and is around 5-10 business days for normal deliveries. Shipping upgrade to Express post is available at checkout. If you need it faster please choose this option. We can do your order in 3 business days but we don't have control over post office delivery times.

What shipping method do you use for international shipping?

We use Australia Post for International Shipping this comes with a tracking number so you can track it easily. For US customers, DDP is paid by the seller. If you are not home for delivery it will be taken to your local post office for pick up. We will update you once it arrives in your home country. Standard International Parcel Post is between 15-30 business days International Express is between 10-15 business days Please note, there might be delays due to Christmas season. Don't worry. Your order will be delivered but might encounter some delays. All international shipping will have a tracking number so you can track where shipment has been.

What if my orders are lost or missing?

We can definitely help you track your order because it comes with a tracking number. But you can also track your orders at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search If it goes missing or lost in transit, you can contact us and we'll lodge a file with Australia Post. Compensation or replacement will be issued depending on the outcome of investigation.

Return, Exchange and Refunds

1. Unless an error is made on our part, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. 2. Damage from misuse and abuse are not covered, nor is general wear and tear to the leather or edges. 3. If you lost a piece or hardware, we cannot make a refund or replace it. The buyer needs to show proof of their claim that an error was made on our part. 4. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. 5. If item is not returned in its original condition (You must return the item as you received it), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 6. Orders with incorrect address given by the customer are non-refundable. Kindly check your address prior to ordering.
