Because all of our planters are personalized, they cannot be returned.

What happens if my purchase is damaged during shipping?

Concrete is breakable so we do our very best to securely package every individual item for shipping. If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please send us a picture of the damage and we will send a replacement.

When will my order ship?

Estimated processing times are listed in the description of each individual item. You will also see this information in your receipt of purchase. Please note, these times are estimates only and depend on multiple factors such as our current volume of orders and USPS/Canada Post processing, etc. If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out in a private message to us!

If using one of our vessels as a plant holder- we find it best to use the black plastic plant holder provided with the plant. That way you can take it out to water your plant, and then pop it back in once your plant is rehydrated. This will avoid lots of water pooling at the bottom of the planter, which may shorten your little planters lifespan, and could lead to stains…..not ideal. Our products are pretty tough little cookies, but to state the obvious, they are breakable. So keep them in a safe and stable place away from clumsy family members, kiddies, and fur baby’s :)

HOW TO ORDER:

1) Select a design from our Etsy store or request a custom design
2) Select your pot's size and style from the dropdown menu
3) Add your personalization in the box and send us photos via Etsy messages if required
4) Place your order and monitor your Etsy messages as we will send you proof. Checking out as a Guest will make this more challenging so we encourage you to create an Etsy account
5) Please respond in a timely manner with your approval or any adjustments you'd like to make. We will not ship your order until we hear back from you

PROOF:
Once we receive your order, we will contact you within three business days with a proof of your design. You can make as many adjustments as you want until you are completely satisfied with your proof. Please ensure that all spelling and dates are accurate as the proof is what will be engraved. Note that a maximum of two photos per proof will be used. If you would like to see your proof with different photos, a design fee will apply.

DRAINAGE HOLE:
Our pots do not have drainage holes because they are made to be used indoors as drop pots or decorative planters. Simply keep the plant in its plastic nursery pot and drop it in the planter. ENGRAVING RESULTS:
We offer engraving on concrete and terracotta pots. Our powerful laser removes the first layer to reveal the raw material underneath. If your logo has multiple colors, we recommend purchasing the concrete option as we are able to do a different shade of gray for each color. Please view our photos to see engraving results on each option as they vary between materials.

CARE:
To preserve the quality of the engraving on the concrete, please avoid rubbing the engraving or over-watering your plants if they are not in a nursery pot. No care needed for the terracotta pots. For indoor use only.

Absolutely beautiful! I was a bit nervous because other reviews mentioned/pictured chips in the cement — they aren’t chips, it’s the natural stone (and not very noticeable overall). I thought it gave the planter a very organic feel! Absolutely beautiful and my MIL loved it!
