The product is great. The towels are soft and the print is nice. However, there was a shipping delay and I didn't receive by Christmas. The shipper did end up sending the towels. I think it was just a glitch and I do appreciate the shipper reaching out. Etsy did end up refunding me and also let the shipper keep the money. So, it all worked out in the end.
