Easy process & you'll receive your custom house floor plan and front elevation within 5 business days once we receive your specifications and details.

How does it work?
1. Complete your order.
2. Send us a message with a sketch & answers to the following questions:
- Number of bedrooms / Bathrooms
- Total square footage (3,500 max)
- How many car garage
- One story or two
- Traditional Home, Barndominum, Tiny Home, Modern Farm House, etc.
- Special requests (ex. pictures/images to reference, wrap around porch, pool bath, oversized garage, loft, max depth or width, courtyard, or a sketch of something you're interested in)

Once we receive your answers, we'll get to work!
- You'll receive your completed floor plan and front elevation within 5 business days of receiving your answers.
- If you have any revisions you'd like after you receive your floor plan, simply mark up the initial design & message us your changes within 3
days
-We'll make those changes & send you a revised floor plan
- Once approved we will provide a front elevation for your custom plan. It's that easy!

Please Note:
*Maximum 3,500 square foot.
*Floor plan & one front elevation only included. Does not include a full set of working drawings for permit.
*Digital file delivered via Etsy only.
*Includes 1-2 free rounds of revisions. Qualifying revisions impact < 50% of the design. Happy to do 1-2 rounds of revisions to get your custom floorplan perfect! Additional number of revisions or brand new design ideas as a revision may incur additional fee.
*Order must be completed within 30 days. Please make sure to send all revision requests, comments & approvals within this max timeframe.
