The Bates Haunted House laser cut miniature model: Size: 9" wide, 14" deep and 12" high. This is a great model for Halloween or for any Bates / Psycho enthusiasts! Also makes a great pairing with our Bates Motel kit.

This laser cut Bates House is cut from 1/8" Baltic Birch (unfinished). The kit comes un-assembled and ships with assembly instructions. This is a high-quality Baltic Birch plywood kit - not balsa or cheap cardboard.

This kit comes cut and ready to assemble, a miniature model for individuals looking to build a high-quality model. The kit can be stained, painted, or left unfinished. The hollow interior and open windows could allow for lighting to be added as well. With some time, you can turn this into a realistic replica of the Bates House from Psycho or into a creepy Halloween display.

This product is made in our shop located in San Diego, CA. We select the highest quality 1|8" Baltic Birch plywood and laser-cut each piece so they are ready for assembly. A little time, A little glue and you can complete this kit easily.

This Bates miniature house was the first one I've ever done. It was fairly easy to put together, the instructions were pictures, and they also included glue with the kit. I'm ready to start embellishing it with paint and shingles. It was well packed and really nice quality, a lot of fun to work on. Thank you!
