➤ All orders from the USA are printed in the USA and shipped via FedEx.

➤ All orders from outside the USA are printed by printers based in the respective location and shipped via partners including DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, all over the world.

➤ Our network of more than 100 print partners means as a rule customs fees don’t apply to orders produced locally in the same country of delivery.

➤ We print locally to reduce carbon emissions. By partnering with printers in more than 30 countries, we're able to produce and ship directly to you. This not only reduces delivery times, but also transport distances and carbon emissions.

➤ All items are processed within 24 hours, with maximum priority given to all orders. However, the production and finishing of some products like canvas and wood prints can take longer to complete than regular prints. WARRANTIES AND INFORMATION

➤ Warranty: We stand by every product we sell, if on the off chance there are any issues with quality, or an item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order. Our aim is to provide the highest quality products and resolving any problems with orders as quickly as possible.

➤ Returns and exchanges. To eliminate overproduction and ensure that each piece of sustainable art is created with intention and purpose, we only print per order basis, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds (refer to warranty information). All items are made to order with a 100% carbon-neutral printing process and all sales are final. If the item you receive does not match what you ordered, please send us a message, and we will gladly replace the item if the error was on our part.

➤ Every monitor has distinct color settings, which may result in slight variations between the print's colors on the finished product and the image displayed.

➤ We try to avoid cropping designs, however with some designs there may be very slight cropping to fit the specific product format.
