How long will it take to receive my order?

Since every item is made to order, production typically takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your destination, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.

We work with trusted production partners in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Asia. Your order is produced at the facility closest to your shipping address whenever possible to reduce delivery time and environmental impact.

Are your products made to order?

Yes! Every item is printed and crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and overproduction while ensuring each product is made just for you.

What is the difference between the Slim-Elegant case and the Tough-Durable case?

For those looking for a protective and durable option, we recommend the Tough Case. It consists of two parts: a black rubber component that wraps around your phone, and a separate shell featuring our design. The Slim Case, on the other hand, is a slim, hard plastic shell that snaps securely onto your phone. While it offers some protection, it is more focused on enhancing the aesthetics, especially as it does not cover the top and bottom.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong model, color, or changing your mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll be happy to make it right.

How do I choose the correct phone model?
