Faulty Items
Oh no! If you feel we've sent you a faulty item, please get in touch so we can replace it for you.

Lost Items
We use Delivery Confirmation on all our orders. In the event Delivery Confirmation shows that your package did not make it to it's destination we will gladly replace your item. Please check to be sure your mailing address is correct when you place your order. We can't be responsible for a package not being delivered if the address we are given is incorrect or outdated.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new wall stickers as much as we do. We take great care in creating your wall decals, but if there is an error in your order you can request a return or exchange. Please let us know and we'll email you a Return Confirmation Letter that you should include in the box with your return.

To be eligible, please note the following criteria:
* Notify us within 5 business days after receiving your order
* Return to us unused and in new condition within 2 weeks
* Must remain in original packaging
* Purchased from our Etsy shop
* CANNOT be a custom order (even color or size)

Ship all returns pre-paid with your Return Confirmation Letter. Please don't ship your return with postage due or it will be returned to you. We'll send you a refund check or credit your credit card the entire amount of the product within one week of accepting your return, but shipping is non-refundable.
