Old UK Lucky sixpence Keyring Ideal Gift For All Occasions

The 1949 coin has King George VI on one sided and his monogram on the other and is great for Birthday, Anniversary, Christmas, Weddings or other occasions.

The British sixpence or 'tanner' was legal tender between 1658 and 1967 so this is a chance to own a slice of history. The coin is made from Curpo-Nikel weighs approx 2.8g and has a diameter of 19mm.

Lucky sixpences are a traditional British bridal offering:

Something old
Soemthing new
Something borrowed
Something blue
and a sixpence for her shoe

making this keyring a lucky wedding gift or wedding favour.

Each keyring comes with a small fact card and organza bag. The card gives a few facts from the year the coin is dated and can be personalised on the front with a name and birthdate or to... from...

This item arrived really quickly. In a lovely gauze bag tied with ribbon with a list of things that happened in 1965 - nice touch. Really please with the item
