I do not want the item anymore. Can I return it?

Yes you can return it if it has not been opened yet. However, you will have to pay for shipping it back, and the refund will only be done once your package is back. The initial shipping fee will be taken off your refund also. That policy doesn't apply to CUSTOM made orders.

For any item in the store, it is best to wash on cold, and to air dry or tumble dry low. No bleach!

The shipping is high! Is this accurate?

The shipping you pay will sometimes be higher than the actual shipping fee. If the difference is more than 2 dollars CAD, a refund will be sent to the payment method that you used for the order.

Can I request a custom item?

Well of course you can! Even items that are not currently on the store can be requested. I also sew clothes of all kinds, but don't necessarily want to be sewing garments that won't sell. So if you need anything, just ask! If I don't have a fabric in stock, I can always order it to make what you want.

Custom Fabric Policy/Refund

Fabric choices must include a Fabric Code from our Online Fabric Library (link in descriptions). If no code is provided and only a theme is written (ex: “mushroom”),we will assume this is the theme you want. To meet Etsy’s shipping deadlines, if there is no reply within 48 hours or before the shipping deadline, we will choose a fabric that matches the theme you entered. Incorrect print due to missing/unclear instructions is a buyer error. Versatile, they can be laid as a booster over a cloth menstrual pad you already have for easy changing during the day.

These panty Liners can work for menstrual cup protection, light incontinence and vaginal discharges/spotting . They do NOT have wings .They can measure 5-6-7-8-9-10 inches, your choice.

Wingless cloth pads construction:

-Light: softshell + 1 layer core
-Regular/Moderate: softshell+2 layers core

The fabric that goes against the skin is 100% cotton woven and the core will be picked in our organic fabric scrap bin.

Softshell makes the pad water resistant. it will prevent the moisture from going through to your panties. It will also grip onto the fabric of your underwear (cotton is preferred), so the chances of slipping are much lower. :)

-The default width is 3 inches. if you want 2.5 inches, mention it in the customization box.

-Washing Instructions included with every order!

Since these pads do not have any wings, you have to pay attention to them not falling in the toilet when using the restroom. You can also use double sided fabric tape or washable spray adhesive to keep them secure if you are worried about it.

Rinse after each use.

-Wash prior to wearing
-Wash on cold settings, no fabric softener.
-Tumble Dry or Hang to dry(best option)

If you put it in dryer at high temperature, your pads might shrink . I will not be held responsible for it.

Due to the nature of this product, I cannot accept returns and you will not be refunded. Natural fabric can take up to 8 washes before it reaches its maximal potential of absorption.
