Are returns or exchanges allowed?

Returns and Exchanges are not accepted due to items being made to order. If your items arrives damaged, please send us a picture of the item (as well as the shipping label from the package) and we will be happy to look into it for you. You must submit a claim within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

The size of each item varies depending on print and material. Please refer to the drop down menu in each individual listing and the corresponding item description.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We currently do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order Once Submitted

Orders cannot be changed or canceled at this time due to items being made to order. Once an order is placed, we print it that day for you.

What Happens If A Customer Enters A Wrong Address

If a customer enters a wrong address and the item is not in pre-transit mode or shipped, changes can still be made. Please contact us immediately to make the change. If the item is already in pre-transit mode or shipped and USPS delivers the item to the wrong address, we can send you a new package out *only* if the original package is being returned to sender. The customer will be responsible for the shipping of this replacement item if we re-send it, but not the item itself. Please message us and we can send you a shipping charge link to checkout with. If the item is delivered to the wrong address and not returned to sender, the buyer would need to purchase a new item from scratch if they would like it sent somewhere else.
