If using an e-check through Paypal or a regular check through the mail, your item(s) will be sent to you as soon as we are notified that the payment has cleared. This may take 3-5 days.

Returns & exchanges

Our warranty protects against manufacturers defects and wear and tear under normal circumstances. 30-day money back guarantee if not satisfied AND the item is returned in a condition to allow for it to be resold (unless it is defective).

EXCEPTION - if the item(s) ARE a custom, high-end order, the return time is 7-days.

Shipping policies

Domestic orders will ship within 48 hours via USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail (depending on the size of the order). If you would like an upgrade to Express Mail, or if you would like us to ship your items using any other carrier, please convo us for rates.

International orders will ship within 72 hours via USPS First Class International Mail. The shipping rate reflects shipping and handling for your package. Custom slips are required for international orders and will be filled in truthfully. Any duty added by the country of destination is out of our control and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please be advised that although we will ship your items to you promptly, international orders can sometimes take several weeks to arrive. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks, please let us know.

We will ship your items to the address Etsy provides us. To avoid any confusion, please make sure your Etsy address and your Paypal address are the same.

Additional policies

High-End, Custom Orders - a deposit to cover materials special ordered is required and can be up to 90% of the final retail price. Each custom order will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding when high-value items require returning to our manufacturer that this is a necessary evil of the trade.

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery of our products in the continental United States, Hawaii and Canada. If there is a delay in mailing your order due to either illness or unavoidable circumstances, you will be contacted via convo, cc'd via email and it will will be noted on our website at: http://www.kcdragonfly.com/appearances.html.
