Unless otherwise stated the majority of items in my shop ships within 3-5 BUSINESS Days. Most locations outside Canada approx 10-16 days

This does not mean your order will ship faster, it means once shipped it will arrive faster.

Please be aware that upgraded shipping delivery times are a 'postal guideline', and not guaranteed by Canada Post or USPS. They aim to deliver 85% of all packages within the 'time guideline' quotes.

Customs delays and/or any customs fees or duties levied are not under our control, or our responsibility. They are in accordance with the laws of your country.
We are unable to control or refund shipping for any customs related delivery delays.

Our antiqued finish is applied in small batches, and our designs are given a final hand-polish before shipping. This may result in variations of the shades of our antiquing (oxidization) from one piece to the next; this is part of the beauty of handcrafted and not considered to be a quality issue.

We stand by the quality of our work. If for any reason our workmanship is at fault we will repair or replace your purchase free of charge, forever.

Pieces damaged subject to an accident, normal wear & tear, abuse, modification or repair by someone other than Plum & Posey Inc, negligence, or misuse, are not covered. In these cases if feasible repairs may be done for a small fee.

Chains are not repairable.

We do not craft our chains, they are purchased in from a supplier as a benefit for our customers, and as such are not covered under our Plum & Posey workmanship warranty.

We replace damaged or broken chains for 60 days after purchase.

All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.

Plum and Posey Inc is not responsible for damages or loss incurred during return shipping.

*Do NOT use silver dip cleaners or chemicals they will ruin the finish. Use only a fine jewelers cloth and gentle buffing.

*Don't sleep with your jewelry on as this is where most chains get broken.

* No Swimming/Sports - Take all jewelry off for these activities, chemicals in pools or rough activity can damage your jewelry.

*Keep in the accompanying jewelry bag when not being worn

-Jewelry should be the very last thing you put on (including perfume and cosmetics) and the very first thing you take off
