PLEASE NOTE: Each piece is hand stamped letter by letter, symbol by symbol with a hammer. (Not engraved by machine.) Letters/symbols will never be completely straight, perfectly positioned, or of equal depth/darkness. Hammering each letter creates impressions on the back of the pendant (these are not scuff marks). These features are not a flaw in the work but rather a normal aspect of hand stamped jewelry.

★ If you are ordering a sterling silver or silver plated jewelry piece, we recommend ordering no sooner than 4-5 weeks before you plan to give it as a gift. Due to the nature of sterling silver, the jewelry piece may oxidize if it is kept in the gift box for too long, and may need cleaning before giving it as a gift.

★The items in our shop are not intended for small children under 6 years old as they may be a potential choking hazard. Never leave a child unsupervised while wearing a jewelry product. Do not allow children to chew on jewelry pieces or put them in their mouths.★

★Materials That We Use★

We offer a large array of jewelry pieces made of different materials (.925 sterling silver, silver filled, silver plated, brass, aluminum, gold fill and stainless steel). The materials that each jewelry piece is made of is specified in the item description.

★How to care for your jewelry★

Most importantly, please be aware that sterling silver, silver plated & filled, brass and copper are known to tarnish easily in natural conditions especially when exposed to air, humidity, acidic agents, and other different factors. All my jewelry pieces that include materials made of sterling silver, silver place & fill, brass and copper come with an anti-tarnish tab and in a sealed plastic bag to keep it from oxidizing for a longer time.I recommend removing your jewelry piece before swimming, exercising or showering. Apply self-tanners, sunscreen, lotion or perfume and allow them to dry before putting on jewelry. If you jewelry gets wet, pat it dry immediately with a soft cloth.

Jewelry cleaning is recommended to maintain their true beauty. Use a little bit of warm water and Dawn dish washing liquid and gently scrub with fingertips to remove impurities, and restore the shine to your jewelry. You may also use a SOFT head toothbrush for hard to reach places such as chain links. Before storing, make sure to always wipe your jewelry carefully with a soft cloth to keep it clean, dry and free of elements that oxidize. Toothpaste and warm water also work great for cleaning sterling silver jewelry.

The Pro Polish pads are also very effective at cleaning and polishing sterling silver, brass and copper. Storing your jewelry in an airtight plastic bag or with anti-tarnish pads will help it to not tarnish.

★What is gold-filled jewelry?★
Gold-filled jewelry is a great, less expensive alternative to solid gold jewelry. A thick layer of gold is pressure bonded to a base metal, such as brass. The entire outer layer of gold-filled jewelry is 14K gold, so gold-filled pieces have the same appearance as 14k gold. Gold-filled jewelry is 5% 14K gold by weight. Because the gold is bonded to the base metal, it will not flake off or peel off as gold plated jewelry will.
