How to Order

Use the drop-down menu provided to select your quantity and envelope color.

In the text area provided, please include your wording EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the invitation. You can change the basic wording as needed at no extra charge.

Note that this is not a template design so be sure to include all your wording requests to ensure accuracy during proofing.

Proofing & Cancellations Due to Lack of Response:
------------------------------

This order is made to order custom just for you. You will be required to review a proof and respond with changes or your approval via Etsy messages. We will not print your order until your written approval is received.

Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on the approved proofs so please take the time to review all of the text and wording throughout the entire proof set. Should you find an error on your stationery, please respond with your changes or questions.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is placed, you will be required to review a digital proof via Etsy Conversations. A separate email will not be sent outside of the Etsy platform. In most cases, proofs are sent the next business day but can take 1-3 Business Days (Monday through Friday).

Once your proof is received, you may request TWO rounds of changes. Additional changes are $10/round.

Written approval must be provided before your order will be printed. Once approval is provided, any additional changes will result in additional charges.

If, after a proof is sent, we have not heard from you within TWO (2) business days, we will attempt to contact you at least one additional time. If no response is received by the shipping deadline your order will be cancelled and only partially refunded (75% including shipping). You will be charged a 25% “restocking” fee to cover the work that has been done on your order to date. Orders that are cancelled will not be credited toward a new order.

In some cases, we may extend the shipping deadline by one week to give you added time to respond. If this is done, you will be notified and if no response is received by the new shipping deadline, your order will then be cancelled following the same guidelines outlined above.

Please note: colors may display differently from monitor to monitor and on different mobile devices. Printed tags may not match exactly to what you see on screen and this is normal. If you have questions about color, please contact us prior to ordering.

Process:

a Proof will be sent via Etsy messages for your review. Printed orders include ONE initial proof plus two additional rounds of changes. Additional rounds of changes are $10/round. In most casts, the initial proof is sent the business day following the date of the order but can take up to 2-3 business days during busier times. Changes generally take 1-2 business days.

Turnaround Times:
--------------------------------

Most orders are ready to ship 4-5 business days from order date. This assumes a response time of 1 business day or less for proofing and changes. Additional rounds of changes and failure to respond in a timely manner will result in processing time delays. If response is not received after a proof or changes is sent after two days, we will attempt to reach out again. After that your order will be put on hold and places at the bottom of our order que. We will not be able to rush orders due to a delay in responses.

All orders will be held until written approval is received to print.

Shipping & Transit Times
--------------------------------

Shipping and transit times are in addition to our production times. Please be sure to leave yourself enough time to receive these items. Upgrading shipping may be required but does not "rush" the production of your order. It is for shipping only.

Etsy will provide you with a delivery estimate window based on your location, our turn around times and the shipping method you choose. We cannot accommodate a specific delivery date. We will only guarantee that we will ship by the date shown on your order.

DELAYS CONTINUE. While most transit times have returned to normal, We are still seeing some delays. No delivery times are guaranteed by Raspberry Creative. We will guarantee that we will ship by the date on your order but cannot guarantee delivery times. Be sure to double check current transit times before ordering.

When will you receive your order:

Etsy will show you a delivery window based on your location and the shipping method you choose and the production time of this listing. The only date that Raspberry Creative will guarantee is the "Ship By" date. We will not guarantee delivery dates on any shipping method.

Please see above regarding turn around times. Delays in responses will impact your ship by date and Raspberry Creative will not be responsible for delays in the shipping of your order due to delays in response times once we send your proof for review.
