Warning:

**Our Floating Charm Lockets are not for children under the age of 8 years old. Floating Charms are small and may present a choking hazard to young children. Lockets are made of stainless steel and glass, and should be handled with care.**

Our Rights:

The Charmed Butterfly reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse service and any orders, if we feel that a customer is in violation of our Policies.

We reserve the right to revise and alter any of our policies from time to time. We recommend that you frequently visit this page to review our current Policies. Continued use of our website after Policy Changes have taken place, will be considered your acceptance and agreement to the changes of our terms.

Our Guarantee:

Like many retailers, we guarantee that our merchandise is superior in quality and workmanship. We provide a 30 day warranty on our floating charm lockets as long as it's a normal wear and tear issue. (i.e. losing a crystal, or an issue with the magnetic closure.)

Please note, lockets that have been dropped and shattered, even within the first 30 days, will not be replaced as this is not a defect within the product. If you have questions about whether your locket is covered under our warranty, please email us at thecharmedbutterfly@gmail.com.

Care for your Locket:

Lockets are not waterproof. You should remove your locket before swimming, or bathing.

Clean locket with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid using a rough or dirty cloth as this could scratch the glass and the metal of the locket.

How to Store your Locket:

Store your Locket in a safe place away from other jewelry to avoid scratches on glass and metal.
