The item has never been delivered and is now back in Pakistan. Waiting on refund.

The package was returned back to us due to the wrong address provided by the customer. I informed the customer about the address issue shown on Tracking but the customer could not respond in time. So, the package was returned back by the carrier with a shipping loss to us. Anyway, I provided full refund to the customer as requested.
