Custom and personalized orders

All orders are personalized at no additional charge. Depending on my current work-load, I am open to custom orders if there is a design you have in mind that you don't see in my shop.

Please follow the care label included on your item.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are tied with coordinating ribbon and wrapped neatly in tissue paper. If the item is a gift being sent to the recipient, please let me know what message you would like included on the gift note.

All orders ship out via USPS Priority Mail in 3-5 business days from the purchase date. You will receive an email including tracking info upon shipment. If you need an order sooner than this, please contact me before ordering to see if I can accommodate.

Since items are personalized especially for you, returns or refunds are only accepted in the rare event of a defect in the item itself, or an error made on my part with regard to the item ordered. If there is a problem with your item, please contact me so that I can correct it. I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Returns and refunds will not be issued in the event you did not receive your item in time for a deadline or event. When made aware of a specific date you will need the item, I will make every effort to ship your order early enough to give it plenty of time to arrive. However, I cannot be responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service.

☀️ {SUPERIOR QUALITY, 100% TERRY COTTON} ☀️
tinySunshine Hooded Towels are not like typical infant towels found in stores. These are of supreme quality and I'm so happy to be able to offer them to my customers! This is a very soft 100% terry cotton. They measure 33" wide x 33" long and are LARGER and THICKER than most, with superior durability. I’ve found that the towels can easily be used into the preschool years. My own daughter used hers until the age of 5. The towels are also great to wrap little ones in after a trip to the beach or pool.

In addition to the adorable grey and white chevron elephant applique (with pink and white polka dot ear), the hooded towel is also embroidered with the child's name in pink, and finished with a pretty pink and white striped trim. Please indicate the exact spelling of the child's name in the "Add Your Personalization" box in the sidebar. If you are using an app that does not have this sidebar box, there will be a message box to add the name during the check-out process. The towel arrives beautifully wrapped in coordinating ribbon (ribbon style will vary).
