Pie is delicious, I think we can all agree. But we take the first bite of food with our eyes, and having a beautiful pie plate makes something already wonderful into something extra special.

Our pie plates are deep-dish style, for extra filling goodness. They measure 1 3/4 - 2" deep, and about 8” across (7.5”bottom, 9” at the top). They work great for pies, quiches, cornbread...anything you need to bake! They are good to go for the oven (clearly) but don't go from the fridge to the oven because of the thermal shock. Not recommended for under the broiler.

Each pie dish is hand thrown on the potter's wheel and fired in a high fire, gas kiln for extra durability and beautiful glazing. All of our glazes are lead free and food safe. When it comes time for clean up, go ahead and put it in the dishwasher.

This listing is for one pie plate- the one pictured here is representative of my most recent batch, but since each is handmade, there will be variations in size, shape and color.
