Unfortunately, I can not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. I do have a method of ensuring your satisfaction during the custom ordering process. Please contact me if you would like more details about the process of approving drafts for a custom order.

All items are shipped via USPS in a protective 100% recycled mailer to your Etsy address, unless otherwise noted.
