Do you offer proofs?
Unfortunately, because our final layout is not done digitally, but by hand, we do not. Our designers will layout the image(s) in the most complimentary design for each individual purchase, which makes us confident that you will enjoy the surprise upon delivery. Or, you will be able to provide editing directions in the upload form so you get exactly what you want.

What is your turn around time and can I get a rush order?
Our average turnaround is about 10 days from purchase to shipment. Plates take at least 3 days to customize and create. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as our plates are fragile and could get damaged in the firing process and need to be redone. We only offer express 1-3 day shipment.

Ordered as a bereavement gift and it turned out beautifully. The shop was able to work with two pictures of the recipe as we could not access the card to scan. Great communication, ordering was so simple and it came in one week. Highly recommend!
