how to apply: remove seal (on plastic bottles) from under roller before first use. shake in a downward motion before each use, roll on and rub together using arm + underarm to blend in and dry. Magnesium is very white, but once it’s rubbed in well, it should not show. If you get it on your clothes, it washes clean with soap and water
