The customer service is top notch! Unfortunately, the original delivery was stolen. When I reached out to the seller, they had a few steps I needed to complete before sending a replacement. I followed those steps, but the package still didn’t arrive. After I informed the seller, they immediately sent out a replacement at no additional charge, and it was received quickly. This was a birthday gift for one of my favorite coworkers. I chose the sweater because the color and saying were perfect to match her beautiful green eyes and her love for her Golden Retriever. She absolutely loved it! Thank you so much!
