RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If you receive a damaged item or one with manufacturing defects, such as glue line separation or wood cracks, please contact us immediately. You must submit a damage claim within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, the claim may be denied. Ensure items are covered during unpacking or moving, as damage from improper handling is not covered by Avin Furniture. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for shipping and repair costs.

For standard ordered items, you have a 14-day window from receipt to request a return. Be aware that a 12% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs initially paid. Custom-sized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns. To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us before sending a return. If approved, you will bear the shipping and insurance costs for the return shipment. Purchasing insurance for the item's value is required in case of damage during transit. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund after 20 business days, please contact us.
