~ Why birds eye cotton?
Bird's eye cotton is reusable, washable and virtually lint free. This fabric is super absorbent without being bulky. They help save money by cutting down on your paper towel and tissue usage. The towels are made from the same durable fabric our mothers and grandmothers used for baby diapers before recycling them into cleaning cloths.

~ Thin and Thirsty!
Out of the package birdseye cotton is smooth and thin. The magic happens after you wash them! There are little diamond shapes woven into the fabric that pucker up after washing and drying. These tiny diamond shapes are what makes the birdseye fabric becomes even more absorbent, fluffy and soft. The more they're washed, the better they get! Avoid using dryer sheets and fabric softeners for maximum absorbency.

~Conventional - towels are packaged in a polypropylene cello bag and sent in a poly mailer
~Greener packaging - towels are packaged in a compostable cello bag and shipped in a recyclable kraft box or natural Kraft envelope made with a minimum of 40% recycled paper

~ Size and quantity
Sold in bundles of 12. Each unpaper towel is approximately 11 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches and will shrink a bit with washing to approximately 10 1/2 inches square. All edges are finished with a dusty plum serged edge. Spool of thread not included. This 100% cotton fabric will wrinkle during washing. This is due in part to the little diamond shapes woven into the fabric that pucker up during washing. Wrinkling can be lessened by removing them from the dryer promptly. The last photo is a folded towel fresh out of the dryer.

Returns and exchange details
Returns are not accepted but please contact me if there's a problem with your order. In the event we agree on a return the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is mine. Item must be postmarked within 3 days of initial delivery and the item must be unopened, unused and in original condition for resale. Refund, less original shipping, will be issued when item is delivered back to me. Please keep your tracking #. Used, open or items damaged after delivery to customer or during return shipping will not be refunded.

In the event your package is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please let me know within 2 days so I can file a report with USPS or UPS to try and locate your package through GPS tracking. Waiting longer drastically decreases the chances of your package being located and retrieved and I won't be able to replace though I'll still file the misdelivered report with USPS for you.
