UNFRAMED PRINTS:
Our premium, heavyweight matte paper is printed using high-quality archival inks*. These giclee prints are printed on top-of-the-line printers. Custom sizes are available upon request. Large prints are packed in tubes.

FRAMED PRINTS:
Frame profile is 0.625" wide and 1.25" deep. Each frame is handmade in-house and professionally customized. Please check all images in the listing. The internal dimensions of the frame are shown in the image with standard sizes. Personalization is possible on demand - different frame colors, non-standard sizes, etc.

STRETCHED CANVAS:
The artwork is printed directly onto top-quality polycotton canvas using archival inks* and stretched over 1.5" solid pine stretcher bars. The artwork is wrapped around the edges of the canvas.

⚠ Please note:
* The artwork colors you see on the display are not the same as the actual print colors and may vary depending on your display settings. This is especially true for images with smooth color gradients and delicate hues.
** Thin Wood Frame color may vary from lighter to darker as wood texture varies from batch to batch.

REFUND / REPLACEMENT
We treat each individual print in your order as a separate item. For example, if you ordered a set of 3 prints and only one of them has a problem, the refund/replacement applies to only one print.
If you received damaged/defective/wrong item(s), please take photos immediately and contact us. At least one photo should contain all damaged items together (in a single photo). Please photograph them so that damage and artwork can be seen. Please take a photo of the package as well. If it is not possible to show all the problems in one picture, please shoot a video. Please do not discard problem items until you receive a replacement.

Please contact us for custom options. We print on wood, metal, foamcore, bags, etc. We also produce floater frames and many other items not shown in our Etsy store yet.
