Shipping: What if I missed my parcel and has returned to sender?

If you missed the delivery at your door or pick up at your local postal office and parcel/package is returned to sender, you have no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date to message us about this issue. After 30 days, Brucie noms is NOT responsible for packages that are 'returned to sender' and there will not be any refunds.

Replacement: What if I received a broken or defected item?

If you have received a broken or defected item, please send me a photo of the product within 24 hours of delivery to get a replacement.

Shipping: I ordered multiple items and I only received partial. Where is the rest of my order?

Don't worry! Some items are shipped separately due to some are coming straight from my manufacturer.

Shipping: Why don't you offer tracked shipping for flat items (Stickers, Patches and Greeting cards)?

To keep things affordable for you, flat items ship via untracked letter mail by default. It's the most budget-friendly option and it's automatically selected at checkout. Want tracking instead? Just pick "Tracking" from the dropdown and you're all set! Bonus tip: if you're also grabbing keychains or washi tape, your whole order gets automatically bundled into tracked shipping. So pairing flat items with those is a great way to get tracking without paying extra for it.

Shipping: Do you ship to the EU & Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately, physical shipping to all EU countries will permanently end on September 10, 2026. Please place any physical orders before this date! As a small independent business in Canada, it is financially impossible to handle the new European compliance rules, as the EU now requires separate registrations and expensive annual fees for all EU individual countries, forcing small shops to pay high corporate registry costs just to mail out a single flat paper envelope. Because of these massive fees, small artists are priced out of the European market. Shipping to non-EU countries (Canada, the US, the UK, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Australia) is 100% unaffected. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting independent creators! ❤️
