Will never buy another item from this company I ordered a pair of converse sneakers for my wedding and I made a honest mistake and did not know they will be in a UK size so when I received my order today the sneakers are extremely big as I messaged the company they said unfortunately we can’t refund you nor provide you a new pair. I would have to purchase a new order and be stuck with a pair of shoes that are entirely big does that make any sense terrible service this ruined my day.

Hello, I'm sorry you have had a negative experience with your purchase as we would never want any customer not to be 100% happy with their purchase from us as we have had hundreds of 5 star reviews from previous brides. As discussed, you ordered the wrong size from us, we hand made your shoes beautifully and sent them in the desired time frame as promised without the knowledge you had ordered the wrong size. Once you received them you realised you had ordered the wrong size which we did try to rectify by offering you another pair at a discounted rate which you turned down. We do not refund due to the bespoke nature of the items (which is clear in our policy and in every custom shoe makers policy) as every pair is handmade for the individual brides custom requirements. Please let us know if you change your mind.

Omg what a gorgeous pair of shoes! Bought these well in advance of my wedding day next year and I’m so happy with them, just the right amount of glam for the day without being too much. Would absolutely buy from here again x
