Drawings, embroidered photographs and jewelry will be shipped within 3 days. Art dolls and art objects will be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment. They will arrive within 10 -15 working days (from delivery day)-to America, all items arrive within 6 - 11 working days to Europe , 16 - 21 working days to New Zealand and 18 - 21 working days to Australia. We'll ship after checks and money orders are received and clear. Please remember that we cannot control the duration of the shipping, it might take longer than the specified length of times, although it rarely happens. The art dolls and mixed media objects can ship faster , within 6 days, on your request. Only contact us in order to change the shipping. Thank you !

N O T E : We pack our objects in new materials, but we also use as many recycled boxes and packing materials as we can. We love our Planet, clean air, animals, health etc So we think a new box wouldn't add any charm to your product! This can even add a certain charm to the art object, as each will be different and with lots of imagination!
