Custom and personalized orders

Custom and Personalized QR Coded product requests are welcomed.

We make a big effort to add a lot of information in our product description about each item listed. However, it is hard to control the size of our product because of fulfillment center limitations.

Product care instructions are posted in the description section of each Etsy listing.

Do you accept order cancellations or returns?

We do not accept order cancellations or returns because the designs are custom printed when ordered. We prefer to not inconvenience our customers to pay for shipping to return an item. We do provide a size chart in most listings, please make sure you are getting the item in the right size. We also make sure that the designs are presented accurately on all mockups, please read the description in the specific listing for more information.

Can I talk to a live person by phone?

Yes, you can contact us by phone to discuss your order of if you have a problem. Please leave us a message in the Etsy message app, we will work with you.

Do you create the designs yourself?

Yes, all of our designs are created in-house. If you have a custom design that you would like us to create for you, please be aware that this will add to production and shipping time of your order.
