Description

My Bud Vases are made from 100% reclaimed glass that I fuse in my studio in Portland, Oregon. I work with reclaimed window, picture-frame and aquarium glass. While each vase is similar, each one is also unique with slight variations in the shapes of the rim and the base.

This vase will hold a single large bloom or a bouquet of small flowers, fresh or dried, adding an elegant yet simple beauty to your environment. Each vase is ~4.75" tall x 4.25" wide at the top x 2.25" wide at the base.

My work is an effort to divert useful glass from the landfills, while providing you with unique and functional glass for everyday use! I recommend washing this vase by hand. If you are interested in ordering several of these, please contact me.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
I accept payment through Etsy's Direct Payment option. Your order will be shipped within 1-4 days upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified in the listing or agreed upon in advance (for example, custom orders and wholesale orders).

Shipping policies

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate. I have found this to be the most reliable, safe, economical and efficient option for shipping glassware. I will ship your order within 1-4 days of receiving payment for finished products, and will provide a shipping-date estimate for custom orders. I use recycled and reclaimed packaging materials whenever possible.

***Please Note that USPS has raised shipping rates for the new year of 2016 and as a result, my shipping costs have also been raised.***

Additional policies

Due to the nature of working with reclaimed scrap-glass, every piece is unique. Pieces in a set, or of a particular style, may be very similar, but not identical.

The type of glass that I work with, often called “float glass,” “window glass,” or “flat glass,” was not created for the purpose of fusing, though it can be used this way. It is quite different from standardized art glass made for fusing. It is glass that is left over from projects such as picture frames, single-pane windows, shower doors, aquariums, table-tops, shelving units, and/or decorative windows.
