Where can I find picture frames?

The frames used in our shop listings are product photos, and are not physical frames that are sold. You can find frames at shops like Walmart, Ikea, Kmart, West Elm, Target etc. However, the sites listed below offer printing and custom online frame services, with beautiful frame collections. I can't find my download notification email / Etsy receipt.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account". Go to "Purchases and reviews". Next to the order, select Download Files. This brings you to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There are generally no limits how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been cancelled or removed. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey. It is always recommended to download your files to save on your device immediately after purchase. When a design is discontinued, it will be deleted from my cloud storage within 6 months to make room for new designs.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. I'm having trouble downloading my files.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us so we can help. If you have a firewall set up through Adobe, sometime clicking on the PDF link will not work. Please disable the firewall, or reach out to us.

I purchased a digital file, but can't download it through the Etsy on my mobile.

Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file after the purchase you need to open etsy.com directly. Please sign in to Etsy on your mobile via any internet browser (like Safari, Crome or similar) or a non-mobile computer. Do not use the Etsy app. It does not support direct digital downloads for mobile phones.

How to add photo to Frame TV.

1. Download the free Samsung "SmartThings" app to your phone. Make sure your TV & phone are on the same wifi. 2. Create a folder in your camera roll titled "Frame TV" to make thing easy to find once downloaded to your phone. This step is not necessary but makes it easier to find the picture 3. Go to your Etsy account using Etsy.com and download the file to the photo section of your phone and into the folder you already created "Frame TV" 4. Open the SmartThings app and select "art mode" and then select the photo you want. 5. You can then choose to have a "mat" or "no mat" frame. Also you can adjust the color tone and brightness to your liking.
