A rich fudgy chocolate chip brownie sweetened with honey and a hint of rich molasses. ☼ All of our delights are prepared in a kitchen that is free of gluten, dairy, eggs, and peanuts. Our kitchen does produce products with coconut, soy, and tree nuts. ☼ Full ingredient list:
*Flour (Rice: brown, white and sweet), Starch (tapioca, potato), cane sugar, olive oil, Chocolate Chips (Chocolate liquor, sugar, soy lecithin- an emulsifier, vanilla), cocoa powder, molasses, honey, vanilla, GF baking soda, sea salt, and xanthan gum. Welcome to Gina's! I started crafting allergy-friendly recipes in my home kitchen in 2011 and now run a small cottage bakery in Parker Colorado, I'm so happy you stopped by! I am providing local pick-up and deliver. If you need products shipped please message me so that I can communicate our shipping constraints and process. ☼ I am dipping my toes in online sales, and currently schedule our Etsy orders to be produced and available at the same time every week to ensure that your baked goods are fresh and made-to-order. Any orders that come in before Sunday night 9pm MST will be baked and available after Tuesday of that week. Orders that come in after Sunday night 9pm MST will be baked and available the following week. If you need product on a different schedule please contact me through messaging and we can work out a plan that suits!
