Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders that are still in the shipping phase. You can cancel the order after it has been delivered.

All of our products are identical to the one in the image, but since all products are handmade, there may be minimal uniqueness. When making a purchase, you should act knowing that the product you are purchasing is a handmade product, not an industrial product. You can request a return, but the double-sided shipping fee belongs to the customer.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

When receiving the product, you should check whether there is any damage in the cargo package. If there is damage, you should report it to the cargo employee and keep a report. After this process, please contact the seller.

The wood of the product is defective, I do not want a product like this, what should I do?

Wood is a natural, pure and processable material. Like every object in nature, it also has flaws. We accept the wood in this form as long as there is no deformation and it does not impair the quality of the product. From an aesthetic point of view, it should be accepted that the product is wooden and may have flaws. We stand behind all our products for a sustainable future.

The product varnish is not the color I want, what should I do?

We allow a 10% margin of color error in all our varnish types due to the light in which the photo is taken. First of all, share with us the photo of the product color delivered to you. Once it is determined whether the product color is wrong or not, a solution will definitely be found for you.

I ordered a personalized product but I want to cancel it?

Since order cancellation and return are not accepted for personalized products, the cancellation request will not be processed.

Super well crafted quality piece. Very easy to assemble without any tools. My only complaint is the staining of the wood. I ordered the piece in Afromosia and the color appears uneven and I wish I had left it clear instead. But maybe the staining needs more time to set and will look better over time. Overall, very happy with my purchase. Removed a star for customer service because there was no communication from the seller after the purchase on December 16th until Jan 2nd to tell me that the shipment would be delayed another 2 weeks. However, I did receive the product within the original time slot so everything worked out in the end.
