How much confetti will I need?

Paper Confetti - to make things easy, we package our confetti in recommended guest/handfuls You can use the same handfuls measurement for guidance on envelopes and cones. Recommended Guest/Handful Guide: Mini = 10 guests/handfuls Small = 25 guests/handfuls Medium = 50 guests/handfuls Large = 75 guests/handfuls X-Large = 100 guests/handfuls

UK Processing Times & Delivery Options

We do our best to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Please see individual listings for more accurate delivery estimates. Currently, we do not accept rush order requests. Our standard UK delivery option is shipped via Royal Mail or Hermes and takes 2-3 working days. You can upgrade at the checkout for first class delivery which is estimated to take 1-2 working days.

We hope that you love everything you order from us. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us. We gladly accept returns if contacted within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, we cannot open a return request or offer you a refund/exchange. If you refuse a delivery or we receive a return without authorisation you will not be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note, we do not accept returns on any customised/personalised orders.

Will my venue allow confetti to thrown?

Throwing confetti is part of an old age tradition not to be missed! However, some venues do not allow for confetti to be thrown at all, or have strict rules in place. Always check with your venue first BEFORE making a purchase to avoid any disappointment.

When should I purchase my confetti?

You can purchase our paper confetti months in advance of your event so please do not leave your order until the last minute. You just need to store the confetti in a dry place away from natural sunlight to prevent any colours from fading.

Can i request custom confetti colours?

Yes, we accept custom orders placed directly through our website. There is no additional charge for custom orders, however there is a minimum order quantity of 25 handfuls. If you would like to set up an order please send your requirements to us (colours, quantity and event date) via the website using the Contact Us page or you can email support@properconfetti.com.

How does the paper confetti arrive?

Our paper confetti is sold in one pack/bag containing the number of handfuls purchased. It doesn't arrive pre-packed in individual bags/envelopes/cones for guests; these items will need to be purchased separately. Handful measurements are intended as a guide only.

The Important Stuff:

All of our confetti is hand mixed to order, weighed and packaged totally flat in one single pack or organza bag. This means you'll need to set it free, shake it up, and run your fingers through several times to appreciate the full volume. You will need to package this confetti into separate cones or envelopes for your guests, if required.

Our handful measurements are intended as a guide only.

The tissue paper is bleed resistant; however colours may run if made wet and left to dry on materials.

Remember to check if your venue allows for confetti to be thrown!
