Applique Iron-On Shapes - Batik Fall Maple Leaves, Oak Leaves and Acorns. Choose the number of pieces you want at checkout. These are STOCK photos, but your set will be very similar, and all batiks. . These are typical of the fabrics which will be in your assortment, but EACH ASSORTMENT IS DIFFERENT. The maple leaf is the largest and is about 5" long, and the acorn is the smallest at about 1 1/2" long. Please see the photo with the measuring tape to see the other sizes.

***NOTE: Not suitable for stretchy knits!

What are they?
-- Precisely die-cut applique shapes from Cotton Batik fabrics in fall shades
-- Each applique piece has a fusible-web backing already applied.
-- 24 piece set has 3 each of acorns, acorn tops and 6 different leaves
-- 32 piece set has 4 each.
-- 40 piece set has 5 each
-- 48 piece set has 6 each

How do I use them?
-- Remove the paper backing.
-- Place precisely on the item to which you will be fusing
-- Press for 5 - 8 seconds with a hot dry iron.
-- If finished pieced will be washed, the appliques should be sewn down for extra stability.
-- If your item is a delicate fabric, please test first, and cover with a pressing sheet before ironing.

What can I put them on?
-- There are so many choices! Think t-shirts, jeans, table runner, quilts. placemats, napkins
-- Leaves can also be fused to other porous surfaces such as wood and cardboard (according to the instructions! I've only put them on fabric myself)

NOTE about sewing: If the item you make, using these leaves, is going to be washed (think t-shirt, jeans, placemats) the fabric should be fused AND stitched for longer lasting results,

The fabrics are batik, so fraying will be minimal. Also, fabrics that are not batiks may have a cut edge that looks lighter than the rest of the fabric,

Gail is a star! I love my assortment of batik autumn leaves…and the pine trees I ordered for Christmas as well.
