Gift wrapping and packaging

We try to add a little dark holiday spirit to all of our orders. Your item will come wrapped in black kraft paper, adorned with a bow and a bit of seasonal love every time, free of charge. If you order multiple items and needs them wrapped individually, please let me know at the time of purchase and we’ll make it happen.

Orders are not subject to cancellation. Please be sure you can afford your item before purchasing, please be sure you are capable of waiting the processing time before purchasing.

Item Damaged in Shipping

We ship out dozens of orders each week and have yet to have one arrive to its destination damaged. However, we’ve also seen the videos of the disgruntled post office worker chucking packages across fences and punting them onto front porches. If an item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us so we can help to fix the situation. Please note that we do require an image of the broken item in order for it to be eligible for replacement. Thank you.

These signs are made fresh especially for you on rustic-cut, distressed pieces of solid wood. Please note that due to differing wood grains and unique cuts, each plaque may differ slightly. Again, these are INTENTIONALLY DISTRESSED AND WORN in their aesthetic. They are not mass-produced and they are imperfect by design. This means natural knots and woodgrain may be visible and edges may look weathered. Each plaque may be slightly different due to these distressing techniques.

🔨Each plaque has been blessed with a primitive twine hanger on the back for all your hanging needs. Many customers prefer these over sawtooth hangers as sawtooths are prone to popping off, they don’t allow the plaque to lay flat against the wall, and they are more difficult to level. The good news is that the back of the plaque isn’t designed for aesthetics. Thank you 🔨
