CANCELLATION POLICY – WEDDING SET ORDERS ONLY

The process of creating a proof involves a great deal of time and expertise. Once an order is placed, the proofing process begins immediately in our design studio. In order to account for our time and efforts, we do apply a fee to orders purchased and then cancelled. If you decide to cancel a wedding set order purchased, please be advised that a cancellation fee of 30% or $150.00, whichever is greater, will be charged.

Once you have approved your proofs and the printing process has begun, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded in any portion.

CANCELLATION POLICY - CASUAL ORDERS

The proofing process typically begins immediately after a purchase is made. To account for our time and efforts, cancelled orders will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price. If proofing has not yet begun and you request a cancellation, we are happy to issue a full refund immediately.

Once you have approved your proofs and the printing process has begun, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded in any portion.

Returns & exchanges

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

Should you receive items that are physically damaged in the shipping process, a replacement order will be shipped at no cost to the buyer.

We are not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, so please examine your proofs carefully for correct spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar. It is recommended that you have at least one other person proof as well. With your final approval a digital proof, the design and text will print exactly as shown.
