Will you combine shipping if I order more than one item?

Do you accept returns and cancellations?

Since these items are handmade to order and take a lot of time, money and effort to create, I cannot accept returns or cancellations on custom orders. But please message me right away if there is any problem with your order and I will do everything I can to help make it right. I work really hard and put a lot of effort and love into each piece, so I want you to be happy!

Can I get a different size or color or pattern than what you have listed?

Yes! For most products, I can accommodate with whatever color or size you are looking for. It depends on the yarn needed for the project for the most part. Please message and ask prior to ordering and I will do my best to make exactly what you want.

Will it take as long as the estimated shipping time listed?

Most of the time, I ship much earlier than what is listed. I give myself a specific amount of time for each product in case I have too many orders at once, or to save money on yarn when it goes on sale so I can offer the best prices. I also have a serious adrenal illness that just doesn't allow me to work some days. But I have been early with every order so far and I intend to keep it that way, so please message me with a date you have in mind and I will let you know then if it is possible to have your product created and shipped to you in that time frame.
