We guarantee safe arrival of your plants and will replace any plant destroyed, damaged or lost in shipment, or, at our option, refund your payment. You must notify us of shipping damage within 24 hours of receipt. Our liability is limited to the amount of the destroyed or damaged plant.

Because each plant must be harvested for your order, plants may not be returned. Orders shipped may not be cancelled. Orders returned or rejected without our express permission may be subject to a restocking/replanting fee, up to 100% of the purchase price, depending upon the plant and circumstances.

Wrong Address: We can't be responsible if you provided a wrong address on your order, so please double check before placing the order. Be especially aware if you've recently moved, your shipping data may not have updated! In cases where the package is returned to us, we can re-ship it but you'll have to pay postage.

Although we ship only healthy, high quality plants, it is important to remember that they are not perfect,nor is any living thing. Minor leaf imperfections are normal; leaves that have imperfections or are broken can be safely trimmed away with scissors. It is also normal for succulents to lose the bottom leaves when acclimating to their new environment and when they are growing. These leaves can be trimmed off. We ship each plant true to species and as close as possible to the photo, but due to crop cycles and seasonality they may vary slightly in appearance. Some of our larger plants are field grown orbulk grown they will ship bare root. If at the time you purchase wwe just watered our plants and they are to wet to ship we will bare root ( the some wet soil of) so the plant travel safe.
