This listing is for soft and shiny 5/8 inch fold over elastic (FOE) in 5/8" Watermelon. This elastic is shiny on one side and matte on the other. Perfect for DIY headbands, hair ties and other accessories. Perfect for DIY headbands, hair ties and other accessories. Elastic can be folded down the middle and sewed for finishing raw edges. When purchasing more than one length of the same color every effort is made to cut the entire length purchased as a continuous piece.
