What is your processing time for engraved personalized jewelry?

Processing time for engraved jewelry is 3-6 business days most of the year, and 5-10 business days during the winter season (Nov 1-Jan 15th). We are unable to rush processing time on engraved personalized jewelry at this time.

Do you take custom orders or special requests?

Please reach out if you have something special in mind or a custom request. We love to hear from you! Please note custom orders require some back and forth communication to ensure the idea will work as you imagine and may be subject to a custom order fee, so please reach out before placing your order. Custom order requests may not be available year-round, so please do reach out first.

Currently, jewelry shipping to Australia can take 10-15 business days. This does not include production time.

How long does personalized jewelry shipping to Canada take?

Currently, jewelry shipping to Canada can take 6-10 business days. This does not include production time.

Can I add a gift note/gift message card for the recipient of a jewelry gift?

Yes! We are so excited to share this add-on upgrade service is now available for all engraved jewelry. Simply add the "personalized gift message card upgrade" listing (found in the custom section of our shop) to your cart along with your jewelry item and checkout in a single purchase. We will print your custom message in the card design of your choice and include it with your gift.

Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to make changes, edits, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes engraving and personalization details. We recommend double-checking all personalization and shipping details before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Because orders enter production immediately after being placed, they cannot be canceled once submitted.

Can I upgrade to priority shipping after placing my order?

Shipping upgrades must be selected at checkout from the drop down menu as they cannot be added afterward.

*MEASURING WRIST SIZE:
To measure wrist size accurately, use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string. Wrap it around the wrist where the bracelet will sit, ensuring it's snug but not tight. Mark where the end meets and measure the length. This is the wrist size. Ideally, the total length of the bracelet (including the pendant) should closely match this measurement for a comfortable fit.
